1 Overview
Participants will be given different types of business correspondence for discussion and analysis. They will be required to produce correspondence for peers' and instructors' editing and comments. Though self and peer evaluation of written work, and the instructor's guidance, participants will develop clear, concise, and correct business correspondence writing skills with appropriate uses of tone and style.
