Special Notice

On entering the Learning Centres of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUSCS), all students and visitors are required to:


  1. Scan the LeaveHomeSafe venue QR code using the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app;
  2. Present their Vaccine Pass to show they have complied with the vaccination requirements.


You are also required to (i) Wear a face mask; (ii) Perform temperature screening, and; (iii) Use hand sanitizer. If you are subject to compulsory testing, you should conduct a rapid antigen test (RAT) before your negative nucleic acid test (NAT) report is obtained. A RAT negative report is essential for entering the Learning Centres.   Should you have a fever or feel unwell, please refrain from coming to the Learning Centres. Thank you for your co-operation.

Full-time Programmes


CUSCS offers full-time Diploma Programme in Catering Management, Diploma Programme in Foundation Studies and Higher Diploma Programmes to HKDSE graduates as diversified learning pathways.

餐飲管理文憑課程 Diploma Programme in Catering Management

The programme offers specialized knowledge and skills, plus work placement for students to work as qualified practitioners in the catering industry. Added by modules that enhance language and communication skills, students could either join the food service and catering management industry or articulate to the CUSCS Higher Diploma Programmes upon graduation.


基礎教育文憑課程 Diploma Programme in Foundation Studies

The integrated curriculum equips students to bridge to Higher Diploma Programmes of CUSCS. Courses and co-curricular activities are designed to help students acquire understanding and cultivate maturity in their transition to college education. Tailored support is also available to enhance their learning and personal growth.


高級文憑課程 Higher Diploma Programmes

From 2002, CUSCS started to offer Higher Diploma Programmes which integrate theory and practice to prepare students for further study and career development. The programmes span across different disciplines:
