All graduates are required to register online on or before 11:59pm, 13 November 2026.

| Tickets: |
Each graduate is entitled to a maximum of five e-tickets, inclusive of the one for the graduate. |

Each e-ticket admits one person and is non-transferrable
|

Both graduates and guests are required to show the e-ticket at the entrances of CUHK campus and the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall.

Children aged under six and latecomers will not be admitted to the Hall.
|
| ※ |
Graduates and guests are requested to remain in the Hall until the end of the Ceremony. Please remain silent throughout the Ceremony. |

After Online Registration

After completing online registration, you will receive an auto-reply confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after the registration, please contact us.

From 20 November 2026, graduates who have successfully completed online registration will receive the e-ticket(s) by email. If you do not receive the above items by 23 November 2026, please contact us.
