Gown Rental Arrangements
Please note that NO gown rental service will be provided at the ceremonial hall on the event day.

Starting from 16 November, graduates may log in to the website of Victoria Uniform Company to complete the application.

Graduates are required to register at the above website at least one day before visiting the chosen outlet. The rental period is 14 days and graduates should plan ahead the exact rental period to suit individual needs.

Graduates are not allowed to change the choice of outlet once online registration is completed, as daily supply of the gowns in each outlet is pre-arranged according to graduates’ choices.

Please print out two copies of the Gown Deposit Form after online registration. You will be requested to show the printed copies and your student ID card at the chosen outlet for gown rental.

Black leather shoes and formal attires are required for this occasion. Vests, T-shirts, shorts, mini-skirts, jeans, flip-flops and sandals are not allowed. The School reserves the right to refuse entry of the graduates and guests who do not comply with the required dress code.
