Starting from 16 November 2026, graduates should complete the online "Higher Diploma Programme Exit Survey 2026" for collection of their graduation certificates on the day of the Graduation Ceremony.

Graduates must present the original copy of their identity card (scanned copies on mobile devices will not be accepted).
|

Graduates may authorize another person to collect the certificate on their behalf. The authorized person should present the original copy of his/her identity card, a letter of authorization and the copy of the graduate’s identity card for verification purpose. |

* If you are not available to collect the certificate on 24 November, please refer to the School’s notification e-mail in mid-November regarding the arrangement for the collection of certificate.
