Important Notes:

Graduates who have successfully submitted the reply slip and requested for admission e-ticket(s) will receive an auto-reply confirmation email from CUSCS. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after your registration, please contact us (Please also check your spam or junk box). Only upon receipt of the confirmation email, your registration will be regarded as successful.

Due to the capacity restriction of the Hall, admission e-tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Children under six and latecomers will not be admitted to the Hall.

You will receive the admission e-ticket(s) by email, from 20 November 2026. If you do not receive the above items by 23 November 2026, please contact us by email: grad@scs.cuhk.edu.hk or phone: 2209 0275 / 2209 0260 (Office hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-5:45pm).

If the local storm warning signal No. 8 or above, the notice of extreme conditions, or the black rainstorm warning signal is/will be in force on the day of the event, the Graduation Ceremony will be rescheduled to 2:30pm on 1 December 2026 (Tuesday) at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The School will notify the registered graduates regarding the latest arrangements.
