Andrew is an alumnus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. With over 10 years of extensive experience in the banking industry, Andrew has taken up various positions within the syndicated finance segment before taking up the current role in 2020.

As the Deputy Head of Syndicated Finance, Green and Sustainable Financing and Corporate Advisory Department, Andrew is primarily responsible for coordinating the sustainable finance team as well as arranging syndicated loan for clients at Hang Seng Bank.

With sustainability becoming a rising global trend, the launch of green loan and sustainability-linked loan has been the success story of Hang Seng's sustainable finance team over the last year. Under the guidance of Andrew, an enormous amount of effort has been put into enriching the bank's sustainable finance portfolio. In addition, with his fruitful experience in loan syndication, Andrew is committed to incorporating sustainability elements into syndicated loan, and eventually enhancing its market attractiveness.

In line with Hang Seng Bank's aspiration to become a leading entity to drive ESG in the banking industry, Andrew continuously strives to develop new products and solutions, further integrating green-related considerations into banking decisions, and identifying sustainable finance opportunities for clients.

In her current leadership role as CIO Core Investment for Asia ex-Japan, Ecaterina represents AXA Investment Manager's strategies and investment views across asset classes, with clients in Asia. Integral part of the AXA IM's Investment Institute, with core focus on macro research, asset class, sustainability, and future trends insights, she contributes to the development of investment directions alongside portfolio managers, and research teams, driving sustained long-term investment performance.

Ecaterina's international experience, advising clients in buy and sell side roles, across equity and fixed income span over 15 years, with the recent 7 years based in Asia. She is recognized for building the iShares brand and growing bond ETFs adoption at BlackRock, both in Asia and Europe. She advanced synthetic equity and index solutions strategies for UBS as well as Credit Suisse and evolved structured financing offering for institutional clients in Europe at Dresdner Kleinwort. Ecaterina holds a Master of Science in Finance from Bayes Business School in London and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Academia de Studii Econmice in Bucharest.

Ms. Yau has more than twenty years of experience working in senior positions of international corporations in Hong Kong and overseas. In her current capacity, Ms. Yau and her team work with experienced and professional trainers of CUSCS to proactively identify the knowledge and skills required by corporate clients, and design and deliver training programmes tailored to the needs of individual clients which include commercial firms, charitable and nonprofit-making organisations, government departments, schools, universities, and any other social bodies or groups.

The well-designed, tailor-made programmes cover a wide span of areas from business, management, python and data analytics, website design, digital marketing, communication, business writing and spoken languages, to positive/non-violence in the workplace, team building, leadership, psychology, counseling, pedagogy, law and legal studies. In particular, the signature ESG series on Sustainable Banking and Finance, and Banking and Corporate Governance answers the immediate needs of many stakeholders of the banking and finance industry.

Dr. Yip is a senior sustainability consultant and banker. He is a Chartered Banker (UK) and a Certified Banker (HK). He has over 30 years of work experience in banking, asset management, and consulting.

He was also awarded a master's degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, a master's degree in Management from Harvard University, and a professional graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University.

Dr. Yip received his doctoral degree from the University of Wales TSD after completing the DBA programme. He focuses on research in the sustainable development of enterprises, ESG reports of listed companies, and the provision of related consulting services.

Dr. Hui has ample experience teaching and providing consulting services. On top of offering professional customized analysis, management, and training services to banks and financial institutions, he has been teaching examination preparation courses on Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner CFP for 20 years.

In recent years, he is engaged in teaching ESG courses in colleges and professional institutions and is committed to researching fields related to ESG investment.

Dr. Hui is an alumnus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong where he was awarded a master’s degree in Finance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has completed the DBA programme and received a doctoral degree from the University of Wales TSD. His thesis topic and research interests are also about ESG Investments.
