With an abundance of experience in commercial banking, Mr. Chong is a seasoned professional in analyzing sustainable strategies for small and medium enterprises, especially in exploring the risks and opportunities for SMEs in the post-pandemic era. He also specializes in green financing for the commercial sector and provides consultancy services on green investment. Mr. Chong has been a staunch advocator in promoting ESG development by supporting the BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards Programme organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries.

Mr. Chong obtained his BBA and EMBA degrees from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Wan is the Deputy Head of Retail Banking & Wealth Management Department at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), managing the wealth management product and business of the personal banking sector. He is responsible for the strategic planning on insurance and investment business in the Bank. Mr. Wan drives the growth of wealth management business and given his passion over sustainable development, he introduces ESG products in the Bank and promotes ESG investment ideas in the retail segment.

Mr. Wan possesses profound experience in banking, asset management and economic research in various reputable banking and financial institutions. Mr. Wan obtained a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Lam has over 20 years of experience in innovative data solutions and governance, investment compliance and reporting with various international financial institutions.

Serving as the Development Director of the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD), Ms. Lam is a member of the judging panel of the Junior Chamber International Hong Kong SDG Pioneer program 2022 which helps drive the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) initiatives in 16 countries in Asia Pacific.

Ms. Lam is a Master of Christian Studies (Marketplace Theology) awarded by the China Graduate School of Theology. She also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma of Corporate Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of London.

Ms. Yau has more than twenty years of experience working in senior positions of international corporations in Hong Kong and overseas. In her current capacity, Ms. Yau and her team work with experienced and professional trainers of CUSCS to proactively identify the knowledge and skills required by corporate clients, and design and deliver training programmes tailored to the needs of individual clients which include commercial firms, charitable and nonprofit-making organisations, government departments, schools, universities, and any other social bodies or groups.

The well-designed, tailor-made programmes cover a wide span of areas from business, management, python and data analytics, website design, digital marketing, communication, business writing and spoken languages, to positive/non-violence in the workplace, team building, leadership, psychology, counseling, pedagogy, law and legal studies. In particular, the signature ESG series on Sustainable Banking and Finance, and Banking and Corporate Governance answers the immediate needs of many stakeholders of the banking and finance industry.

Mr. Yip is a senior sustainability consultant and banker with more than 30 years of working experience in banking, asset management, and consulting. He is a Chartered Banker (UK) and a Certified Banker (HK). Mr. Yip focuses on research in the sustainable development of enterprises, ESG reports of listed companies, and the provision of related consulting services.

Mr. Yip obtained a master's degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, and a master's degree in Management and a graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University.

Mr. Hui has ample experience teaching and providing consulting services. On top of offering professional customized analysis, management, and training services to banks and financial institutions, he has been teaching examination preparation courses on Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner CFP for 20 years. In recent years, he is engaged in teaching ESG courses in colleges and professional institutions and is committed to researching fields related to ESG investment.

Mr. Hui is an alumnus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong where he was awarded a master’s degree in Finance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
