Graduates receive invitation emails from the School. Online registration to attend the Ceremony starts.

Closing date for graduates to register online.

10 November

Graduates can start renting gowns from the five designated outlets of Victoria Uniform Company (Sheung Wan, Prince Edward, Tsuen Wan, Shatin or Tai Po). Please register online on the company’s website at least one day before visiting the chosen outlet.

Note: Online registration for gown rental will start on 10 November 2025. The rental period is 14 days. Graduates should plan ahead the exact rental period to suit individual needs.

14 November*

Upon successful registration, the e-ticket(s) will be sent to the graduates, their family members and friends by email. Each e-ticket includes a unique QR code for entry to the CUHK campus and details of seating arrangement at the Ceremony.

From 14 November

Graduates can complete the online "Higher Diploma Programme Exit Survey 2025" and collect the graduation certificate on the day of the Graduation Ceremony.

18 November

Graduation Ceremony 2025 and collection of the graduation certificate
