Jenny is currently a member of the China Committee at the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) and Hang Seng Bank's representative at The Green Commercial Banking Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Banks. Jenny leads the syndicated finance department of Hang Seng Bank which is one of the leading players in Hong Kong and China syndicated loan markets. Furthermore, Jenny assiduously leads sustainable financing initiatives and has been playing a vital role in the establishment and development of Hang Seng's Sustainable Finance Team since 2020.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong and has joined Hang Seng Bank since 2008. Over the decade, Jenny has taken up various management positions in corporate relationship management across different sectors within the Commercial Banking division before taking up the current role in 2019.

Mr. Wan is the Deputy Head of Retail Banking & Wealth Management Department at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), managing the wealth management product and business of the personal banking sector. He is responsible for the strategic planning on insurance and investment business in the Bank. Mr. Wan drives the growth of wealth management business and given his passion over sustainable development, he introduces ESG products in the Bank and promotes ESG investment ideas in the retail segment.

Mr. Wan possesses profound experience in banking, asset management and economic research in various reputable banking and financial institutions. Mr. Wan obtained a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Stan Ho is a seasoned investment banking and credit rating expert, having held senior management positions at global and China credit rating agencies with solid experience in China credit rating and capital market transactions, green finance and ESG rating, including CS First Boston, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, Fitch Ratings and Lianhe Ratings Global.

Stan has solid and direct green finance and certification experience. He is the Green Finance Certification Scheme Technical Committee Member of Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA), and one of the approval members of the HKQAA green certification of the bonds issued, and loans borrowed, by Chinese and Hong Kong corporates and financial institutions.

Stan graduated with BBA in Information Systems from HKUST, MBA from University of Cambridge, and DBA from CityU. He is EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) and SGS ESG Reporting Analyst.

Ms. Yau has more than twenty years of experience working in senior positions of international corporations in Hong Kong and overseas. In her current capacity, Ms. Yau and her team work with experienced and professional trainers of CUSCS to proactively identify the knowledge and skills required by corporate clients, and design and deliver training programmes tailored to the needs of individual clients which include commercial firms, charitable and nonprofit-making organisations, government departments, schools, universities, and any other social bodies or groups.

The well-designed, tailor-made programmes cover a wide span of areas from business, management, python and data analytics, website design, digital marketing, communication, business writing and spoken languages, to positive/non-violence in the workplace, team building, leadership, psychology, counseling, pedagogy, law and legal studies. In particular, the signature ESG series on Sustainable Banking and Finance, and Banking and Corporate Governance answers the immediate needs of many stakeholders of the banking and finance industry.

Dr. Yip is a senior sustainability consultant and banker where he is a Chartered Banker (UK) and a Certified Banker (HK). He has over 30 years of work experience in banking, asset management, and consulting.

He was awarded a master's degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, a master's degree in Management and a professional graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University.

Dr. Yip received his doctoral degree from the University of Wales TSD after completing the DBA programme. He focuses on research in the sustainable development of enterprises, ESG reports of listed companies, and the provision of related consulting services.

Dr. Hui has ample experience teaching and providing consulting services. On top of offering professional customized analysis, management, and training services to banks and financial institutions, he has been teaching examination preparation courses on Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner CFP for 20 years.

In recent years, he is engaged in teaching ESG courses in colleges and professional institutions and is committed to researching fields related to ESG investment.

Dr. Hui is an alumnus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong where he was awarded a master’s degree in Finance. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He completed the DBA programme and received a doctoral degree from the University of Wales TSD. His thesis topic and research interests are about ESG Investments.
