1 Course Background and Objectives
Transactional Analysis studies the interaction between individuals. In order for Career Development facilitators (CDFs) to conduct the facilitation professionally and effectively, they need to be sensitive about their own behavior and attitude. Describing and explaining how our developmental experiences influence the way we think and act, the Transactional Analysis helps enhance our self-awareness and our communication with the clients.
The course aims to:
- Identify different types of analyses of Ego States.
- Apply basic Transactional Analysis during the communication with clients.
