Consequently, young children are encouraged to learn through play and engage in artistic endeavors to enhance their perceptions and express thoughts and emotions.<\/p>\n<p>Play and art serve pivotal roles in fostering the holistic development of young children, thereby leading to a rising need for trained professionals in this area. Acknowledging this need, CUSCS has launched the &#8220;Diploma Programme in Children Play and Expressive Arts (DCE)&#8221; designed to offer professional training for individuals aspiring to join the early childhood education industry. This programme aims to equip participants with the skills to nurture children&#8217;s creativity, imagination, communication, and cognitive abilities, thus facilitating the growth of each child.<\/p>\n<p>The DCE Programme also includes a Homeform Teacher System. The certificate is valid for three years.<br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rgs_section rgs_group rgs-section\">\n<div class=\"rgs_col span_12_of_12\">\n<h3><span style=\"color: #59c5c7;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/>\nMultiple Pathways<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Upon successful completion of the DCE Programme, students could pursue a career in the field of early childhood education.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Graduates will also be eligible to progress to the Higher Diploma Programme in Early Childhood Education or other Higher Diploma Programmes offered by CUSCS. Articulation Scholarship is awarded to full-time Diploma graduates who commence the Programme in AY2026-27 and successfully complete it in one academic year with outstanding academic performance.
