If your form has been completed correctly, you will see a confirmation page. You are advised to print a copy of the confirmation page for future reference. The application fee of HK$200 (payable by credit card only for online enrolment) will be deducted on the next working day. Online applicants will then receive an email to confirm payment of the application fee. CUSCS staff will contact applicants in due course.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(ii) In Person or by Mail<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"color: #000000;\" width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"11%\">Step 1:<\/td>\n<td width=\"89%\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scs.cuhk.edu.hk\/cuscs\/commfiles\/dip_appform.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u><strong><\/strong><\/u><\/a>Enrolment forms can be obtained from our Enrolment Centres, Head Office, downloaded from website, or via fax at 2367 2593\/3110 0611.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Step 2:<\/td>\n<td>Complete the enrolment form and send copies of supporting documents and application fee (HK$200*) to one of the Enrolment Centres in person or by post to &#8220;School of Continuing and Professional Studies, CUHK, 13\/F, Oriental Centre, 67 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui&#8221;, specifying &#8220;Programme Application&#8221;. Applications will be processed only when the completed enrolment form, copies of supporting documents and payment are received.<em>* Please refer to &#8220;Payment of Application Fee&#8221; and do not send cash by post<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Step 3:<\/td>\n<td>Receipts will be issued to students enrolled, but the School will not be responsible for any loss of receipt dispatched by regular mail. There is an administrative fee of HK$50 on every request for an additional copy of the receipt.<em>* If you do not receive the receipt three calendar days prior to course commencement date, please check with the Enrolment Team at 2209 0290 or respective programme staff.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Note: Successful applicants of Higher Diploma (HD) Programmes will also receive conditional offer of DFS, DSI, DCC and DCE (if eligible).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #8c368b;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tuition Fee<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #bf1f2e;\">Diploma in Foundation Studies: HK$52,500<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3a6328;\">Diploma in Sports Performance and Innovation: HK$61,050<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #b36b00;\">Diploma in Community Care: HK$70,560<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #43b2b2;\">Diploma in Children Play and Expressive Arts: HK$60,720<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All the fees paid are not refundable unless the enrolled programme is full or cancelled regardless of whether students have attended classes or not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students can apply for financial assistance through the HKSAR Government\u2019s Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme. Post-dated cheque is not accepted.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u2022<\/td>\n<td>Please write the applicant&#8217;s name, contact phone number and programme code(s) on the back of each cheque\/bank draft. Cheque\/bank draft will be returned if programmes enrolled are full or cancelled.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u2022<\/td>\n<td>If the cheque is rejected by bank, the applicant concerned will be required to pay the application fee within three working days upon receipt of notification from the School.
