Course Introduction
E-Learning Korean Writing is offered in collaboration with CUSCS and Kyung Hee Cyber University, Korea. Students can enjoy flexible self-directed learning by watching online video lessons anytime, anywhere on their mobile devices or computers through the Learning Management System (LMS). They can also join up to three optional real-time online tutorial sessions offered by CUSCS in Hong Kong for additional support and interaction.
This is a basic course at approximately TOPIK Level 2.
This course aims to improve beginner learners’ Korean writing skills through short writing activities that focus on constructing simple sentences and paragraphs. In each unit, students will first build useful vocabulary and expressions, then practice key sentences that can be directly used in their own writing. After that, they will work on outlining to understand the structure and flow of a text, and finally write a complete, coherent piece. This process helps learners gradually gain confidence as they move from simple sentence writing to more connected, coherent paragraphs.
