太極氣功
課程介紹
太極氣功是根據太極拳功法及氣功之調息原理而編訂。常練此功能疏通經絡、調和氣血、扶正氣、去除邪氣、平衡陰陽、增強體質,達到有病能治病,無病能強身的效果。本課程以動作練習為主,教授太極氣功十八式,保健氣功、站樁功、八段錦及達摩易筋經等。
