Course Introduction
The course aims to help participants to enhance their performance, develop skills, and foster self-awareness in conducting career development facilitation more confidently and effectively. Through guidance and review of key concepts and cases, it will refresh ideas and perspectives to ensure that facilitation is structured, proper, and ethical. All participants will have opportunities to share case experiences under supervision for peer learning. Holders of CCSP, GCDF, FCD, or PCCDF credentials will find the course particularly beneficial.

1. Case preparation for Career Development Facilitation
2. Inner messages: strategies for improving understanding and communication between facilitators and clients.
3. Iceberg theory: Understanding personal yearnings/ desires/ values / beliefs.
4. Enhancing facilitators’ understanding through supervision (mindset and skills).
