Admission e-Tickets
Graduates who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony are required to complete the online registration at this website by 11:59pm, 8 November 2024. If you do not register online by the closing date, you will be regarded as not attending the Graduation Ceremony.
Each graduate is entitled to a maximum of three e-tickets, inclusive of the one for the graduate. Due to the capacity restriction of the Hall, admission e-tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Each e-ticket admits one person and is non-transferrable. Children aged below six will not be admitted to the Hall.
After Online Registration

After completing online registration, you will receive an auto-reply confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after the registration, please contact us.

From 15 November 2024, graduates who have successfully completed online registration will receive the e-ticket(s) by email. If you do not receive the above items by 18 November 2024, please contact us.

Both graduates and guests are required to show the e-ticket (in electronic or print format) at the entrances of CUHK campus and Sir Run Run Shaw Hall. |
