Arrangement for Collection of Certificate

Starting from 15 November 2024, graduates should complete the online "Higher Diploma Programme Exit Survey 2024" for collection of their graduation certificates after the Graduation Ceremony. Graduates must present the original copy of their identification card (scanned copies on mobile devices will not be accepted).

Graduates may authorize another person to collect the certificate on their behalf. The authorized person should present the original copy of his/her identification card, a letter of authorization and the copy of the graduate’s identification card for verification purpose.

Details of the arrangement for collection of certificate are as follows:

Date: 20 November 2024 (After the Graduation Ceremony)

Time: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Venue: Activities room, 2/F, Art Museum East Wing, Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS), CUHK

If you are not available to collect the certificate on 20 November, please refer to the School's notification e-mail in mid-November regarding the arrangement for the collection of certificate.
