Transactional Analysis studies the interaction between individuals. In order for GCDFs to conduct the facilitation professionally and effectively, they need to be sensitive about their own behavior and attitude. Understanding that developmental experiences influence the way we think and act, the Transitional Analysis helps enhance our self-awareness and our communication with the clients.
The 6-hour course helps GCDFs to gain insights on the importance of self-awareness in the facilitation process and understand the core concept of Transactional Analysis based on the recognition of ego states, and the constructive and non-constructive functioning of ego states.

Mr. Ajiax Wo holds a Master’s degree in Counseling (Monash University). He has more than 20 years of experience providing counselling service. Among the many approaches of counselling, he has particular interest in Transactional Analysis (TA) and spent almost two years learning this approach in Taiwan, the only region in Asia Pacific that provides TA training. Believing that it is practical and comprehensive, Mr Wo has conducted more than 15 series of TA workshop and training in Hong Kong.
Mr. Wo is currently a Certified GCDF and GCDF Trainer. He is also a MBTI Certified Administrator (Step I and II) and a NLP Master Practitioner. |

Cantonese and English
This course is recognized as a CDU course offered by CUSCS for the Hong Kong Programme. Certified GCDFs will be awarded 6 CDUs upon completion of the course.
GCDF trainees who are not yet certified can claim the CDUs after the professional credential is gained.
Note: Certified GCDFs are required to fulfill 75 CDUs within 5 years for renewal of the professional credential. Check the CDU Recording System for Certified GCDFs for more details.
