Hong Kong Listed Company Knowledge is offered in collaboration with CUSCS and The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies. This course aims to facilitate participants’ understanding of the benefits and legal responsibilities of being a listed company in Hong Kong. Besides, Hong Kong’s regulatory authorities and environment, the listing market structure, basic listing requirements, listing process, compliance obligations of a listed entity, role and function of a board, duties of board directors, corporate finance means for listed companies, importance of investor relations and implementation etc. will also be introduced during the course.
Upon completion of the training course, participants will be able to: 1. explain the benefits and legal responsibilities of being a listed company in Hong Kong; 2. enhance the standard of listing companies and market quality of Hong Kong; 3. cultivate good legal compliance and corporate governance in practices.
