Entrance Scholarships
1) For HKCEE Holders
A student who has reached 18 points (6 subjects) or above in HKCEE in one sitting will be awarded a scholarship. The value of the scholarship is in the amount of half fees of the first year's tuition fees. The scholarship is renewable for each successive academic year if the student maintains a GPA of 3.3.
2) For HKALE Holders
A student who has reached 6 points (4 subjects) or above in HKALE in one sitting with 2 passes in any AL / AS subjects will be awarded a scholarship. The value of the scholarship is in the amount of half fees of the first year's tuition fees. The scholarship is renewable for each successive academic year if the student maintains a GPA of 3.3.
OR
A student who has reached 5 points (4 subjects) in HKALE in one sitting with 2 passes in any AL / AS subjects will be awarded a scholarship. The value of the scholarship is in the amount of a quarter fees of the first year's tuition fees. The scholarship is renewable for each successive academic year if the student maintains a GPA of 3.3.

Even if the student meets the requirements of both scholarships, only one will be offered.
School of Continuing and Professional Studies Scholarships
The scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who achieved outstanding academic performance in various disciplines.
School of Continuing and Professional Studies 'Study Abroad Scheme Scholarships'
The scholarships are awarded to students to undertake a semester of study at the School's partner institutions in Mainland China, Australia and the United Kingdom. The value of the scholarships ranges from HK$6,000 to HK$25,000 for each student.
School of Continuing and Professional Studies 'Overseas Internship Scheme Scholarships'
The scholarships are awarded to students to join the overseas internship scheme in the United States, Canada and Mainland China. The value of the scholarships ranges from HK$4,000 to HK$14,000 for each student.
The Chinese University of Hong Kong International Summer School Scholarships
The scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who attend The Chinese University of Hong Kong International Summer School. The value of the scholarship is HK$5,000 for each student.
The University of Western Australia Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded to an outstanding student with active participation in community services. It allows the student to undertake undergraduate studies in the Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Economics without cost of tuition.
The Australian National University College of Business and Economics Scholarships
The ANU College of Business and Economics offers half tuition scholarships for one year for international undergraduate students at the University.
Queensland University of Technology Scholarships
The scholarships are awarded to high achieving graduates who have been given places in the Bachelor of Business course at Queensland University of Technology. AUD$4,875 or half of the first semester's fees will be paid by the scholarships.
Queensland University of Technology 'Study Abroad Scholarships'
Queensland University of Technology offers scholarships of up to 10% of the relevant tuition fee for students to undertake up to two semesters of study at the University.
Montana State University - School of Continuing and Professional Studies Partner Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded by Montana State University to an outstanding student for the first year of study at the University. The value of the scholarship is US$4,000.
Fairleigh Dickinson University Scholarship
Fairleigh Dickinson University awards annual US$5,000 scholarship for full-time study. The scholarship is renewable for students with outstanding academic performance.
Lancaster University Scholarships
Lancaster University awards £1,500 to each student who is admitted to the Bachelor of Science in Communication and Computer Systems or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Media Communications. The scholarship is renewable for students with outstanding academic performance.
Manchester Metropolitan University Scholarships
Manchester Metropolitan University offers scholarships of £750 annually to each student admitted to a Leisure Management programme.
LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore Bursary
A bursary of SGD$1,000 will be granted to international students who demonstrate good creative ability.
Hong Kong Housing Society Academy Bursary / Scholarship
Hong Kong Housing Society offers up to 6 bursaries / scholarships to students annually.
Shing Hing Industrial Ltd. Scholarships
The scholarships are awarded to the best 3 performers who have joined the Study Abroad Scheme. The value of the scholarship is HK$3,000 for each student.
SCS Cash Unit Schemes (CATS)
To encourage students pursuing continuing studies, CUHKSCS has introduced an incentive scheme - "SCS Cash Unit Scheme (CATS)". Under this scheme, students enroling in SCS courses will be granted cash units according to the relevant category, which they can use to partially pay their course fees of future SCS enrolments. Please refer to SCS prospectus and website or contact SCS staff for details.

CATS is designed to encourage taking part-time general courses and award-bearing programmes solely offered by CUHKSCS.

The cash units cannot be rebated in the enrolment of full-time SCS programmes, corporate training programmes or programmes jointly offered by CUHKSCS in collaboration with local organisation, overseas and Mainland universities. |
Financial Assistance Scheme
The Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) is a means-tested financial assistance scheme administered by the HKSAR Government Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA). Full-time students aged 25 or below pursuing a Higher Diploma are eligible to apply for assistance under the Scheme. The maximum level of financial assistance is capped at the annual tuition fee payable for the accredited programme subject to a ceiling of $60,370#. It also provides means-tested loan to cover the living expenses. The maximum level is capped at $36,880#. For enquiries, please call SCS at 2209-0290 or contact SFAA at 2152-9000.

Non-means Tested Loan Scheme
The HKSAR Government Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA) has extended its Non-means Tested Loan Scheme to students pursuing local awardbearing programmes at the post-secondary level and above offered by the UGCfunded institutions' schools of professional and continuing education.
