At present, our Online Enrolment System is dedicated to provide enrolment support to our General Courses and Higher Diploma Programmes ONLY. This service will be extended to Award Bearing Programmes at a later stage. Please read carefully and understand the Online Enrolment Guidelines before you submit an online enrolment form.

* Online Enrolment Guidelines are supplementary to the Guidelines under General Enrolment. All other information or regulations not herein stated but form part of the Guidelines under General Enrolment shall also apply.

Online Enrolment Procedures - General Courses

(1)	Select the course you wish to apply for and click on "Online Enrolment" on the course information page.
(2)	Complete the online enrolment form and make sure to fill in the required information marked with *.
(3)	Click on "Submit" to send your online enrolment form to SCS.
(4)	If you see error message(s), please enter / edit the required information according to the instructions provided and click on "Submit" again.
(5)	If your online enrolment form has been completed correctly, you will see a confirmation page.
(6)	Print the confirmation page for your future reference and then click on "Confirm".
(7)	Any additional information / copy of supporting documents required by relevant courses will be requested on an individual basis through email. SCS reserves the right to verify the original documents if necessary.
(8)	Your online enrolment will be processed on the next working day upon receipt of completed online enrolment form and copy of supporting documents (if any).
(9)	Successful applicants will receive individual notifications by email. Unsuccessful applicants and applicants on waiting list will also be notified by email.
(10)	Course fee will be charged to successful applicants' credit card (Visa or Master Card) account directly upon acceptance of application with e-mail confirmation. No other form of payment will be accepted for online enrolment.
(11)	Receipt and Attendance Permit will normally be sent before course commencement. If you do not receive your receipt and Attendance Permit etc 4 days prior to course commencement date, or during a class meeting as early as possible if submitted online enrolment form after closing date for application, please check with the Enrolment Section at 2209 0290 or the respective programme staff.

Online Enrolment Status Enquiry - General Courses

(1)	To check your application status by contacting our enrolment staff, please quote your name, course code and online enrolment reference number.
(2)	To check your application status online, please click here. The Online Enrolment Status Enquiry service is currently only available to those who have enrolled on a course using the online enrolment service. You will be required to input your online enrolment reference number, course code and the first 6 digits of your passport / HKID number.

Personal Data Collection Statement

The personal data provided on online enrolment forms are used by SCS only for purposes related to the processing of enrolment and student administration. Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants must have rights to request access to and make correction of their personal data. Applicant wishing to amend their personal data should submit written requests to SCS by using Personal Data Amendment Forms which can be downloaded from SCS website and obtained via fax at 2367 2593 / 3110 0611.

The information you provide will be stored in the School's server. Procedural and technical safeguards including Encryption, Firewalls and Secure Socket Layers have been used to protect your personal privacy. Data would be treated as valuable assets with every endeavor to protect against loss, theft as well as unauthorised access and disclosure, nevertheless online security can never be guaranteed on the Internet.
