General Information

Mode of Delivery
Classes will be conducted in form of lectures, tutorials and seminars. A variety of learning formats will also be used to create interactive dynamics among students, to stimulate their analytical thinking and to encourage free exchange of ideas. These formats include group discussions, presentations and case studies. A final year project is a core element of the programme and is a requisite for every student. It provides a good chance for the students to integrate the knowledge acquired in earlier years of study and apply it to practical issues.

Medium of Instruction
Subject to the nature of each module, English, Putonghua and Cantonese will be used as the media of instruction. Learning materials will be in English and Chinese as deemed appropriate.

Assessment Methods
Performance of students is monitored and assessed on a continuous basis through a variety of methods, such as assignments, class participation, project and final examinations.
