In view of the stabilizing COVID-19 situation in Hong Kong, the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (CUSCS) makes the following announcement: 

  1. Part-time Continuing Education Programmes - Face-to-face class delivery will be resumed by phases from 11 May 2020 with the aim to resume all classes by the end of May.  Students will be contacted individually for details. For protection of health of students and staff, users of Learning Centres are required to observe sanitary measures when entering the Centres: wear a face mask, perform temperature screening, use hand sanitizer, and submit a Health Declaration Form.
  2. Higher Diploma & Diploma in Foundation Studies Programmes - All classes will continue to be conducted online until Semester 2 ends on 26 May 2020.

  3. Learning Centres - All services and opening hours of CUSCS Learning Centres will resume to normal from 11 May 2020.  Please check here for details.

很多人都對於運動營養有誤解,如多吃蛋白粉及食雞蛋才有助增加肌肉的生長 ; 跑長跑要多吃牛筋,以形補形。這些觀念往往缺乏科學證據。本課程從現代營養分析強力運動 (如健身) 及持久運動 (如馬拉松) 不同營養所需,及如何從營養提高強力運動及持久運動的表現。本課程適合健身人士、體適能教練、體育老師及愛好運動的人士報讀。課程內容包括 ︰ (1) 基本營養 ;(2) 運動生理學及水份平衡 ;(3) 增肌營養 ;(4) 內力持久力運動營養 ;(5) 運動補充品。
