This course aims to equip students with essential knowledge for better understanding of inflight service and operations. Contents include: cabin crew administrations; interpersonal skills for crew services; grooming and personal appearance; pre-flight duties; cabin services; catering services; aircraft safety; emergencies handling and risk management.
