If you wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony and reserve admission ticket(s) for your family members and friends, you are required to complete the online registration at this website by 11:59pm, 3 November 2020. All registration must be done online. If you do not register online by the closing date, you will be regarded as not attending the Graduation Ceremony. Postal registration will not be accepted.
Each graduate will be allocated a maximum of three tickets, inclusive of the one for the graduate. To access the CUHK campus, you and your guests must present the admission tickets. Due to the capacity restriction of the Hall enforced under the pandemic, admission tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets are non-transferrable. Each ticket admits one person. Children aged below six will not be admitted to the Hall.
After completing online registration, you will then receive an auto-reply confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after your registration, please send an email to email@example.com or call us at 2209 0274.
Graduates who have successfully completed online registration will receive a confirmation letter and admission ticket(s) by post on or before 12 November 2020 from the School. If you do not receive the above items by 16 November 2020, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 2209 0274 (Office hours: 9:00am-12:45pm and 2:00pm-5:45pm from Monday to Friday).
